cd - change working directory

cd [directory]

Description

 The cd command changes the working directory for the Inferno shell and all processes in its process group (see Note on pctl - process control in Chapter 8) to the directory specified on the command line. If no argument is given, the command attempts to change to /usr/user where user is obtained from /dev/user.
