          grid: localreg - starts a registry on the local machine

     SYNOPSIS
          grid/localreg

     DESCRIPTION
          Localreg starts up a registry(4), on the local machine and
          handles incoming connections to it. The registry is
          announced on tcp port registry (as defined in
          /lib/ndb/services ).
