     NAME
          stock - stock list

     DESCRIPTION
          The stock file is a plain text file.  The first column is
          the part name, the second column is the bin (bins have the
          form <bin number><section><drawer>), the third column is the
          quantity and the remaining string is the chip description.
          The latest entries include the manufacturer at the end of
          the line in the form "[manufacturer]".
