     NAME
          runas - run command as another user

     SYNOPSIS
          runas user cmd [ arg... ]

     DESCRIPTION
          Runas writes user to /dev/user and invokes cmd with the
          given arguments.  The command is only invoked if setting of
          the user name succeeds.
